Precision CNC Control
At the heart of the 3905 Series is a programmable 4-axis-capable CNC motion system, providing X, Y and Z movement with the option of an additional rotary axis. This allows complex profiles, components and repeatable production processes to be completed with exceptional control.
The system provides 300mm x 300mm x 150mm X/Y/Z travel, with repeat accuracy of approximately ±0.01mm per axis and processing speeds of up to 200mm per second per axis, dependent on the material and laser process.
An integrated computer and LaserStar machining software provide an intuitive environment for programming and controlling production, while DXF-to-GCODE conversion capabilities help streamline the transition from digital design files to finished components.
Cutting or Welding – One Flexible
One of the major advantages of the FiberStar 3905 Series is its flexibility. The workstation can be configured with either a laser cutting head or laser welding head, allowing GVUK Design to specify the system according to the customer's application and production objectives.
