The Yehuda Diamond Company has announced a new trade-in and upgrade program designed to help jewellers replace older diamond detectors with the company’s latest AI-powered technology.
As lab-grown diamonds become more advanced, particularly CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) diamonds, older detection devices may struggle to identify them accurately. Yehuda says the new program is intended to help businesses upgrade their equipment and ensure they can confidently identify modern lab-grown stones.
According to the company, older detectors — including previous Yehuda models and other brands — may not reliably detect today’s more challenging CVD lab-grown diamonds. To reduce risk for retailers and gem professionals, Yehuda recommends upgrading to its newest line of state-of-the-art AI detectors.
